    The Hispanic Heritage Festival will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at the Stephenville City Park, from 10:00 am - 10:00 pm. Booth size is 10' X 10'. The Hispanic Heritage Festival Committee reserves the right to review all applications and approve vendor participation based on event needs, space availability, and vendor category.

          Vendor booths are available to businesses, artisans, crafters, retailers, and organizations wishing to sell products or services during the event. Vendors are responsible for providing accurate information about their products and complying with all applicable laws, permits, and regulations.

          Reserved for registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations wishing to share information about their mission, programs, services, or volunteer opportunities. Booths may distribute informational materials and engage with attendees. Sales/fundraising must be approved in advance.
