Our day visit programs have maximum participant numbers; however, these limits are not fixed and may vary depending on staffing availability, transport requirements, program equipment, and the activities included in your visit.

Schools are welcome to request a single visit or multiple visits for their cohort. Please note that maximum participant numbers apply to each individual visit. If the requested group size exceeds the capacity for a program, we will work with you to schedule the required number of visits to ensure all students can participate safely and enjoy the highest quality learning experience.
Please estimate numbers for the 2027 cohort. We will contact you early in Term 1, 2027 to get an updated estimate. This will assist in maintaining booked numbers within our Cancelation and Alterations policy.
Will your cohort be visiting over more than one day? Please indicate the approx student numbers if your group will be attending over two days. (Two day split maximum with the exception of Senior Boating)
