TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Please be 127% sure before sending an order for cancellations are not allowed.

2) All orders sent are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to settle the balance will not entitle you for a refund of the downpayment (if applicable)

3) Late payments will be charged at PHP15.00/day. Please keep this is mind.

4) I am not liable for any damage or loss incurred during shipment. Item/s will be packed with utmost care on our part.

5) Please be patient, the ETA is just a time frame. It can be earlier or later due to unforeseen circumstances.

6) All updates will be posted on my BNS Twitter account (@carmubudols).

7) Once item/s are onhand, I can only keep them for 60 days. Once the grace period is over, I will resell/dispose them and you will not be entitled for a refund.

8) No rush shipping. My friend who will do all the local shipping has other things to do outside BNS twt so local shipping may take 1-3 weeks or even longer depending on the volume of the GO. I will not tolerate any rudeness or bad behavior towards them. Let's be considerate.
