Booking Steps
📝 Fill in details → 💰 Complete payment → 📧 Receive confirmation email → 🕓 Get door code 10 minutes before session → 🎹 Arrive on time 

📌 Notes
＊ Apple Pay / Google Pay / Credit Card via PayPal = instant confirmation ＊ PayMe/ FPS requires verification → door code sent after confirmed 

📋 Jotform requires bookings at least 1 hour in advance. For bookings within 1 hour, please WhatsApp our staff directly. We will reply as soon as possible to confirm availability.

 

琴房提供靈活的租用時數方案，方便按需要選擇：

Set A：港幣 $500 (可預約6小時)

Set B：港幣 $850 (可預約11小時)

Set C：港幣 $1,620 (可預約22小時)

以上套票的 使用期為 90 天，並設有相應的更改次數，只需於 12 小時前通知即可安排。

🎹 Our studio offers flexible booking hours so students can choose according to their needs:

Set A: HK$500 (6 hours)
Set B: HK$850 (11 hours)
Set C: HK$1,620 (22 hours)

All packages are valid for 90 days and include a limited number of rescheduling opportunities, provided you notify us at least 12 hours in advance.

🎹 琴室租用規則

👟 清潔規定：進入琴室必須脫鞋，並將鞋子整齊放置於鞋架。如未遵守，將酌情收取 $200 清潔費。若因錄影需要穿鞋，琴室於門口設有一次性透明鞋膜機供使用。（不影響鞋履美觀）
🔌 設備使用：離開前請務必關閉所有電源，以確保安全。
⏰ 準時離開：請依照預約時間準時進入及離開，逾時職員將透過閉路電視通話提醒您離開。
🛠 損壞賠償：任何設施或設備如有損壞，租用者需承擔維修或賠償責任。
🎹 鋼琴規定：鋼琴嚴禁移動。如有違規或造成損壞，需承擔相關責任。
🎥 錄影監控：保障客戶及琴室安全。如有違規狀況，職員將即時透過閉路電視或電話通知。
🚫 禁止飲食：琴室內嚴禁飲食，僅可攜帶飲用水。
📍 退改政策：如需更改時段，必須於 12 小時前通知，我們將協助重新安排。所有已租用時段不設退款及取消。
⚠️ 免責聲明：本公司不承擔因個人疏忽或意外所引致的任何責任。
🏷️ 最終決定權：琴室保留一切最終決定及解釋權。

🎹 Studio Rental Rules

👟 Cleanliness: Shoes must be removed and placed on the rack before entering. Non‑compliance may incur a HK$200 cleaning fee. For recording purposes requiring shoes, a disposable transparent shoe cover machine is provided at the studio entrance. (It won't affect the appearance of your shoes)
🔌 Equipment Use: All power must be switched off before leaving to ensure safety.
⏰ Punctuality: Please enter and leave on time according to your booking. If overtime occurs, staff will remind you to leave via CCTV intercom.
🛠 Damage Compensation: Renters are responsible for repair or compensation for any damaged facilities or equipment.
🎹 Piano Policy: The piano must not be moved. Any violation or damage will result in liability.
🎥 Video Surveillance: For the safety of customers and the studio. In case of any violation, staff will immediately notify you via CCTV intercom or phone.
🚫 No Food or Drink: Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the studio, except for water.
📍 Rescheduling Policy: Changes must be requested at least 12 hours in advance. All confirmed bookings are non‑refundable and cannot be cancelled.
⚠️ Disclaimer: The company is not liable for any negligence or accidents caused by individuals.
🏷️ Final Decision Rights: The studio reserves all final rights of decision and interpretation.
