Booking Steps
📝 Fill in details → 💰 Complete payment → 📧 Receive confirmation email → 🕓 Get door code 10 minutes before session → 🎹 Arrive on time 

📌 Notes
Payments via PayMe / FPS / Alipay will be accepted, and after verification you will receive an email with the studio usage details.

📋 Jotform requires bookings at least 1 hour in advance. For bookings within 1 hour, please WhatsApp our staff directly. We will reply as soon as possible to confirm availability.

 

琴房提供靈活的租用時數方案，方便按需要選擇：

Set A：港幣 $255 (可預約3小時) 平均只需$85/h

Set B：港幣 $500 (可預約6小時) 平均只需$83/h

Set C：港幣 $850 (可預約11小時) 平均只需$77/h

以上套票的有效期為 50 天，並設有相應的改期次數。如需更改時段，請最少於 12 小時前通知，以便安排。

🎹 Our studio offers flexible booking hours so customers can choose according to their needs:

Set A: HK$255 (3 hours) Avg. $85/h only
Set B: HK$500 (6 hours) Avg. $83/h only
Set C: HK$850 (11 hours) Avg. $77/h only

All packages are valid for 50 days and include a limited number of rescheduling opportunities, provided you notify us at least 12 hours in advance.

If you would like to rent more hours than those included in the package, kindly contact us directly — we will be happy to provide you with a more favorable plan.

🎹 琴室租用規則

👟 清潔規定：進入琴室必須脫鞋，並將鞋整齊放置於鞋架。如未遵守，將酌情收取 $200 清潔費。若因錄影需要穿鞋，琴室於門口設有一次性透明鞋膜機供使用。（不影響鞋履美觀）
🔌 設備使用：離開前請務必關閉所有電源，以確保安全。
⏰ 準時離開：請依照預約時間準時進入及離開，逾時職員將透過閉路電視通話提醒您離開。
🛠 損壞賠償：任何設施或設備如有損壞，租用者需承擔維修或賠償責任。
🎹 設施守則：鋼琴嚴禁移動；請勿將液體放置於鋼琴上或附近。如有違規或造成任何設施損壞，需承擔相關責任並作出賠償。
🎥 錄影監控：保障客戶及琴室安全。如有違規狀況，職員將即時透過閉路電視或電話通知。
🚫 禁止飲食：琴室內嚴禁飲食，僅可攜帶飲用水。
📍 退改政策：如需更改時段，必須於 12 小時前通知。所有已租用時段不設退款及取消。
⚠️ 免責聲明：本公司不承擔因個人疏忽或意外所引致的任何責任。
🏷️ 最終決定權：琴室保留一切最終決定及解釋權。

🎹 Studio Rental Rules

👟 Cleanliness: Remove shoes and place them on the rack. Non‑compliance may incur a HK$200 cleaning fee. A shoe‑cover machine is available at the entrance for recording purposes.
🔌 Equipment: Switch off all power before leaving.
⏰ Punctuality: Enter and leave on time. Overtime will be reminded via CCTV intercom.
🛠 Liability: Renters must repair or compensate for any damage.
🎹 Facility: Do not move the piano or place liquids nearby. Violations require compensation.
🎥 Surveillance: CCTV monitoring ensures safety; staff may notify you of violations.
🚫 Food/Drink: Strictly prohibited, except water.
📍 Rescheduling: Changes must be requested 12 hours in advance. Bookings are non‑refundable and cannot be cancelled.
⚠️ Disclaimer: The company is not liable for negligence or accidents.
🏷️ Final Decision: The studio reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.
