2026 Newcastle Days Booth Application

Thank you for your interest in hosting a community/vendor booth at the City of Newcastle's annual Newcastle Days event on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Please note that submission or prior participation does not guarantee acceptance. Each year, our Community Activities Commission thoughtfully refreshes the lineup to bring new energy and variety to the event.
- Location & Hours: The event will be held at Lake Boren Park, 13058 SE 84th Way, Newcastle, WA, running from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Required booth hours are 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though vendors are welcome to stay through the close of the event at 7:00 p.m.
- Deadline & Notification: Completed applications are due no later than Friday, July 24, 2026. Applicants will be notified of acceptance via email by August 7, with payment due by August 21. Please ensure you provide a valid, regularly monitored email address.

PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT

Upon acceptance to host a booth at the 2026 Newcastle Days event at Lake Boren Park, I/we hearby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death, or property damage which I/we may have or which hereafter may occur to me, as a result of participating in this activity. This release is intended to discharge in advance the City of Newcastle, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my/our participating in said activity, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the City of Newcastle, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents. It is further agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my/our heirs. I/we agree to indemnify and hold the City of Newcastle, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense which they may incure as the result of my/our death, injury, or property damage that I/we may sustain while participating in said activity.
