To support the implementation and coordination of program activities for families with children affected by the Tai Po Blaze, both in the Transitional Housing and schools, with the aims to regulate emotions, cope with trauma-related stress and strengthen mental resilience of the targeted audiences.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee the implementation of the responsible project, and monitor overall progress to ensure the project is completed within approved budget and timelines.

Coordinate with project partners and key stakeholders to promote effective communication, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services.

Establish and maintain connections with schools with affected students in order to explore opportunities for delivering supportive programs.

Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, financial reports, and evaluation to assess project outcomes and impact.

Plan and coordinate key activities that aligned with project objectives.

Contribute to the development of case studies and other communication materials to showcase project impact.

Undertake additional assignments as directed by supervisor.
- This role requires working at both the Head Office and the Transitional Housing site at Trackside Villas, Tai Po.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in social work, community services, or related fields, preferably in housing or family support settings.

Candidates with experience in child counselling and case management—particularly in trauma intervention and post-trauma support—are strongly preferred.

Knowledge in project management, familiar with community resources, school and social welfare systems in Hong Kong is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communications skill, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.

Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Willing to work outdoors and weekends when required.

This post is on a six-month contract basis.
