Program Description:Community Youth Orchestra is Gateway Music Outreach’s premier performance pathway for intermediate and advanced student musicians. Students participate in full ensemble rehearsals, public performances, leadership development opportunities, and advanced musical training designed to strengthen musicianship, confidence, and artistic excellence.Students Will Develop:• Advanced ensemble skills• Sight-reading ability• Musical independence• Leadership and teamwork• Performance confidence• Artistic interpretationBest For:Intermediate and advanced violin, viola, cello, double bass, and other approved orchestra students who are committed to regular rehearsals and performances.
