  • Thank you for your interest in CIO100 ASEAN & HK Awards 2026. This award recognises IT teams that delivers sustainability benefits to the organization via innovative projects that reduce the environmental impact of the organization’s business operations and its customer, suppliers and wider industry. Sustainability metrics may include proof that activities positively impact carbon footprint, climate change, waste reduction and energy usage.

    Nominations can be submitted on behalf of your team in your organisation.

    Pillar 1

    Describe in detail how has the team accelerated sustainability via projects and innovation to reduce the environmental impact, carbon footprint, climate change, waste reduction and energy usage of the organization’s operations and its customers, suppliers and wider industry?

     

    Pillar 2

    Describe in detail sustainability project/projects in the past one year that have moved beyond the pilot phase and have been fully implemented or rolled out at scale?

     

    Pillar 3

    Sustainability projects must be supported by clear outcomes including business metrics that demonstrate how team has reduced the environmental impact, carbon footprint, climate change, waste reduction and energy usage for the organisation and its ecosystem?

  • SECTION 3: Guidelines for submission

  • 1. Please submit the nomination to the category which the team is most qualified and have the most relevant experience for. Nominations can be submitted on behalf of your team in your organisation.

    2. If you wish to submit more than one nomination for the various categories in 2026, please submit one UNIQUE project for each nomination. The same project which is submitted for multiple categories will only be considered for only one category.

    3. Last day for submission is 31 July 2026

    4. All answers to these questionnaires and supporting documents are to be submitted through this online form.

    5. Please adhere to the word limit for each question.

    6. Please note that parts of the submission might be used in a feature on CIO ASEAN, should the team win the CIO100 Awards. Please highlight anything that is confidential and cannot be used for publication.

    7. CIO ASEAN does not guarantee that all nominated teams will win the awards that they are nominated for.

    8. Winners will be announced at the Awards Gala Dinner and must be present to receive the Awards

    9. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed before submission.

  • Awards participation

    By nominating for the awards, you are confirming your attendance to the awards gala on 5th November 2026. A confirmation email for the event will be sent out to you once nominations are finalised.
