Photonics Bretagne & partners are providing, free of charge: the accommodation for up to 3 nights (October 25^th-26^th-27^th) and meals (breakfasts, lunches and dinners from October 26^th to 28^th). You are also expected to use the event accommodation even if you live in Lannion.

I graciously give Photonics Bretagne my consent to photograph and to film me, for the duration of the event held on October 26th, 27th and 28th, 2026. Consequently and in accordance with the provisions relating to image rights, I give Photonics Bretagne my consent to record, retain, reproduce, disseminate and publish, the photographs, videos and digital recordings taken within the framework of the event in order to be exploited and used directly by Photonics Bretagne, by any means and on any medium (including, but not limited to, social networks, website, brochure, promotional video, etc)
Confidentiality Agreement (Mandatory consent to be able to participate in the event)
While taking part to the Photon2Startup Days on 26th, 27th and 28th October 2026, I hereby undertake not to divulge or use, in any form whatsoever, any information or document relating to the projects presented or invented within this framework, which I acknowledge to be confidential. (1) Only the doctoral students participating in the start-up workshop will be allowed to use the know-how and knowledge developed in the framework of the workshop for the purpose of a possible future direct or indirect exploitation, possibly with the registration of an industrial property title. All the other participants undertake not to use the know-how related to the confidential information for the purpose of direct or indirect exploitation, nor with a view to registering an industrial property title.
(1) The following information shall not be considered confidential:
- Information which I previously held, as evidenced by written and clearly dated documents.
- Information in the public domain in the form of written documents, provided that the latter are not the result of an improper disclosure on my part.
- Information communicated to me by a third party who is not bound by secrecy and has the capacity to communicate it to me.
