SECTION 3: Guidelines for submission
1.     Please submit the nomination to the category which you are most qualified and have the most relevant experience for.

2.     If you wish to submit more than one nomination for the various categories in 2026, please submit one UNIQUE project for each nomination. The same project, which is submitted for multiple categories, will only be considered for only one category.

3.     Testimonials from the CEO and or a peer in the C- Level are highly regarded

4.     Last day for submission is 31 July 2026

5.     All answers to these questionnaires and supporting documents are to be submitted through this online form.

6.     Please adhere to the word limit for each questionnaire.

7.     Please note that parts of the submission might be used in a feature on CIO ASEAN, should the nominee win the CIO100 Awards. Please highlight anything that is confidential and cannot be used for publication.
