CIO100 ASEAN & HK Awards 2026: Transformation – Modernisation Team

Thank you for your interest in CIO100 ASEAN & HK Awards 2026. This award recognizes information technology teams that have excelled in driving enterprise transformation focused on modernising legacy systems, processes, and operating models into agile, future-ready capabilities. Modernisation can include cloud adoption, application re-architecture, platform adoption, automation that enhance scalability, speed, and innovation. 

It celebrates organizations that implement effective strategies, frameworks, and investments to modernize their technology stack while aligning closely with business goals and enabling sustainable digital growth. 

Nominations can be submitted on behalf of a team in your organisation.

Pillar 1

Describe in detail the modernisation project you wish to nominate focusing on the objectives / business need of the project?

 

Pillar 2

Describe in detail the technology solution that was implemented in the past one year  sharing the before and after state. Describe what was unique about this project?

 

Pillar 3

Describe the benefits / results of the implementation? Be a specific as possible in how metrics have changed?

1. Please submit the nomination to the category which the team is most qualified and have the most relevant experience for. Nominations can be submitted on behalf of your team in your organisation.

2. If you wish to submit more than one nomination for the various categories in 2026, please submit one UNIQUE project for each nomination. The same project which is submitted for multiple categories will only be considered for only one category.

3. Last day for submission is 31 July 2026

4. All answers to these questionnaires and supporting documents are to be submitted through this online form.

5. Please adhere to the word limit for each question.

6. Please note that parts of the submission might be used in a feature on CIO ASEAN, should the team win the CIO100 Awards. Please highlight anything that is confidential and cannot be used for publication.

7. CIO ASEAN does not guarantee that all nominated teams will win the awards that they are nominated for.

8. Winners will be announced at the Awards Gala Dinner and must be present to receive the Awards

9. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed before submission.
