Abstract Submission Form

Submit a presentation proposal (abstract) for consideration in the 2027 Annual Convention program. ASC will also host Polyurethane and Formulation Short Courses alongside the convention, and is seeking qualified speakers for sessions in these areas. The EXPO is scheduled for Tuesday, April 20, from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Criteria for Acceptance: 
Improved, new or novel material, approach or application of adhesives, sealants, and periphery technologies. High level technical or business development topics without any commercial/promotional content; any abstracts that contain tradenames in title, description or abstract will not be considered.  All resulting presentations must be original, first time published, highlighting recent work.

Speaking opportunities at ASC’s 2027 Annual Convention will be competitive. Abstracts are expected to clearly describe the advancements made and importance to industry, with high level technical content beyond common knowledge. All abstracts submitted are peer reviewed by ASC’s abstract review committee. The top-rated candidates will be invited to speak on or before January 8th.

Presentations will be schedule for 25 minutes which includes time for Q&A. The top-rated candidates will be invited to speak on or before January 8th. 

Deadline to submit an abstract is Friday, December 11, 2026.

 

To be considered, presentation proposals (abstracts) should contain timely, applicable and relevant information on business or technical innovations and advancements, research methodology with demonstrative importance to the adhesive and sealant industry.
