OFFICIAL PROPOSAL APPLICATION FORM
Important Program Requirements & Guidelines:
- Submission Deadline: Extending to Wednesday, July 08, 2026, at 5:00 PM (PT).
- Save & Return Later: This application takes approximately 20–30 minutes to complete. If you do not have all required speaker credentials or headshots ready, click the "Save" button at the bottom to receive a secure continuation link via email.
- CLE Session Duration: Every proposed CLE session must track exactly 60 minutes total.
- Required Configuration: Panels must include exactly one moderator and one panelists to be considered. The final CLE panel will consist of exactly one moderator and three panelists (a third and fourth panelist may be added by the HNBA). If your submission is short on speakers, the HNBA will help fill the remaining slots.
- Niche Track Priority: Content focusing on Ethics & Professional Responsibility will receive the highest priority.
