    EXHIBITOR SUSTAINABILITY SURVEY
  • Better Stands is a collaboration across the events and exhibition industry to transition to the use of reusable stands. To date, participants have implemented Better Stands at more than 400 events in 37 countries.

Better Stands is underpinned by a framework, consisting of a 10-point checklist, for assessing stands according to how reusable they are. Better Stands can be assessed as Single use, Bronze, Silver or Gold standard. The Better Stands Framework celebrates the use of reusable stands, inspiring change through awareness and engagement

By working together towards the use of reusable stands, Better Stands delivers better efficiency, better experience, better safety and better sustainability for all.

For more information on the programme please visit betterstands.org.

Prioritizing sustainability is critical to the BUILDEX Alberta team, as we understand the environmental impact of the events industry. BUILDEX Alberta strives to identify, understand and address these impacts to achieve continual improvement year after year.

Completing this survey will assess your sustainability practice at BUILDEX Alberta. Please complete by September 21 2026 to enter your booth into the running to win the 2026 Sustainability Booth Award!
