  • Welcome to the Thriving Together Registration Form. This form, created by The Arc of Harris County, helps us learn more about your child’s strengths, needs, interests, and support requirements. Our goal is to prepare an environment that is safe, inclusive, and responsive to each participant ages 10 to 18.

    The information you share will guide our staff and volunteers in understanding how to best support your child during day activities. Please answer each question as accurately as possible so we can ensure a positive and meaningful experience for your family.

    Bienvenidos al Formulario de Registro para Padres de Creciendo Juntos. Este formulario, creado por The Arc of Harris County, nos ayuda a conocer mejor las fortalezas, necesidades, intereses y apoyos que su hijo(a) requiere. Nuestro objetivo es preparar un ambiente seguro, inclusivo y adecuado para cada participante de entre 10 y 18 años.

    La información que usted comparta permitirá que nuestro personal y voluntarios comprendan cómo apoyar mejor a su hijo(a) durante las actividades del campamento. Por favor responda cada pregunta con la mayor precisión posible para asegurar una experiencia positiva y significativa para su familia.

    Time: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

    • Lunch would NOT be provided—families must send lunch; it is best if it does not need to be reheated.

    • NO proveeremos almuerzo—Las familias deben enviar refrigerios y almuerzo, preferiblemente sin necesidad de recalentarlos.

    Spaces are limited, and while completing registration is an important step, it does not guarantee your child's spot. Act quickly to ensure they don't miss out on this opportunity. You will receive a notification via email, text message, or phone call if you are still interested in having your child participate in camp two weeks before each date. If we do not hear back with confirmation, we will move to the next registered child on the list until all spaces are filled. Your prompt response is important to secure your child's spot.
