We are thrilled to invite you to join us as an exhibitor at the 2026 Highlands Horse Show, one of the premier showjumping events on the East Coast and a growing destination for elite sport, art, and culture for discerning audiences from across the country. As we prepare for what promises to be our most exciting season yet, we want to share some significant changes to the exhibitor experience that we believe will make this the strongest commercial opportunity we have ever offered.

A New Layout- Built for Traffic

For 2026, we have fundamentally reimagined the layout of our exhibitor village and the result is a location that places your business at the very heart of the event.

The exhibitor village is moving ringside, directly along the path that connects all parking areas to the Legacy Club, our premier hospitality destination. This means every single attendee, from competitors and trainers to owners and spectators, will walk through or alongside the exhibitor village each time they arrive, depart, or move between the competition arena and the club. There is no passive traffic at the 2026 Highlands: foot traffic will be purposeful, continuous, and channeled directly through your space.

This change reflects our commitment to ensuring that exhibitors are no longer a secondary destination, they are a central part of the Highlands experience. We anticipate a dramatic and meaningful increase in exhibitor engagement compared to prior years, and we have structured our spaces and sponsorship options accordingly.

The Legacy Club: Three Premier Spaces with Category Exclusivity

For our most discerning brand partners, we are pleased to offer three VIP Boutique Stores inside the Legacy Club- the private hospitality hub that serves our highest-tier guests, owners, and VIP attendees throughout both weeks of competition.

Each Legacy Club space offers:

• 144 sq ft (12' x 12') of dedicated, climate-controlled retail space inside the Legacy Club
• Full category exclusivity; your product category is guaranteed across both weeks, with no competing brands permitted
• Significant customization of your space to align with your brand identity and merchandising vision
• Direct access to the Highlands' most influential and high-net-worth audience in an intimate, premium environment
• Pricing from $2,500 per week, or $4,500 for both weeks- with only three spaces available in total

These spaces are extremely limited and we expect them to fill quickly. If you are interested in a Legacy Club placement, we encourage you to reach out promptly to discuss availability and customization options.

Market Row and Exhibitor Row: Ringside and Ready

Beyond the Legacy Club, we offer ringside Festival Tent spaces along Market Row, positioned alongside the arena with direct sightlines to the competition, and larger platform spaces on Exhibitor Row, which back up to the food court, kids' village, and car corrals during the Bridlemont Concours weekend. All spaces include tent with sides, wood decking, WiFi, and electric.

Exhibitors looking to amplify their presence can add our Exhibitor Sponsorship Package (+$2,750) to any booth reservation, which includes banner placement in high-traffic areas, social media features, email blast inclusion, printed map logo placement, and video-board recognition across both weeks.

How to Apply

The 2026 Exhibitor Application is enclosed with this letter. The application deadline is August 1, 2026, with an Early Bird rate available for reservations paid in full by June 1, 2026. A 50% deposit confirms your space, with the balance due by August 1st.

TERMS AND INFORMATION

Application Deadline: August 1, 2026
50% deposit confirms space. Balance due August 1, 2026. Less 25% if cancelled before Aug 1. No refund after Aug 1 unless space is filled.

COI REQUIREMENTS

All exhibitors MUST have COI Accord Form #26-5 covering show duration, set up and breakdown. Additional insured must include: CSI Highlands LLC - SL Show Management LLC - SL Keane Stud, LLC - Stone Leaf Lof Ventures LLC Food Vendors must hold a Health Permit for the Town of Amenia.

MOVE IN / MOVE OUT

Set Up: Tuesday 9/30 (Week 1) and Tuesday 10/7 (Week 2)
Breakdown: Monday 10/6 and 10/13, or after completion of Sunday competition

SAFE SPORT

All exhibitors agree to check all staff against the USEF Safe Sport Sanctions List and will not allow anyone on it to work at this event. www.usef.org/safesport/sanction-list

Payment Authorization & Processing Fees

I understand that Highlands Horse Show, Inc. will email me an invoice with a secure payment link for payment of authorized charges.

I acknowledge and agree that payments made by credit card are subject to a 2.99% convenience fee, and payments made by ACH (bank transfer) are subject to a 1.00% processing fee.
