This fall, we're hosting the Day of Good in Worcester, our 10-year leadership summit and awards ceremony. We're honoring the leaders you said this moment needs most: those with Courage and Empathy. Now it's time to celebrate the people who are living those traits out loud, in their workplaces, communities, schools, and beyond. The Day of Good Awards exist to recognize leaders who are doing good right now. Do you know someone who you'd like to nominate? Tell us about them.
Definitions
We are defining courage as doing the good thing despite the immense pressure around us. We are defining empathy as understanding and feeling what others experience and doing the work to understand one's own feelings.
