The SNACC Women in Neuroanesthesia and Neuroscience Education and Research (WINNER) Coaching Scholarship is designed to support WINNERs in advancing their leadership and personal development skills. Selected recipients will receive three to four individualized, one-hour coaching sessions with Karen Souter, MBBS, FRCA, ACC, MACM.

Dr. Souter, a long-standing SNACC member and full professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at the University of Washington, is a credentialed Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. She brings a wealth of experience both as clinical faculty and as a leadership and professional development coach.
