1. I confirm my registration fee of $200 covers my accommodation and meals for the conference. This fee is a flat rate regardless of the number of nights I stay (whether 1, 2, or all 3 nights), and I understand it is only confirmed once payment is received.

2. I understand that Global Fijian Assemblies of God Church is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the conference.

3. I confirm that I am responsible for my own medical needs and expenses during the event.

4. I provide emergency contact information below and consent to emergency medical treatment if needed and I cannot be reached.

5. I understand the registration fee is non-refundable.
