Pistol 1 Fundamentals

Here is where your foundation is built. In this session I’ll be explaining the “why” behind all the mechanics of shooting your pistol. From safety to breaking down the 7 fundamentals of shooting; stance, grip, sight alignment, sight picture, breathing, trigger control, and your follow through.

Pistol 2 Advanced

In this course I’ll be pushing your skills by applying some of the most up to date, high standard drills in the industry. Requiring you to shoot under the stress of timed drills, smaller targets, close quarter engagements, shooting and moving, efficient reloading, and transitioning between multiple targets. Pistol 1 required, or an allotted time for baseline analysis for diagnostics will be required. Specific equipment will be required for this course.

Rifle 1 Fundamentals

In this session most students have basic pistol fundamentals, so I will be explaining how the same foundations built will translate over to your rifle platform. I work in detail with explaining your stance, posture, stock placement, support hand, optimal attachments to your rifle based on its purpose and how to make your sling work for you.

Rifle 2 Advanced

Pushing the boundaries for the average shooter in this session, I cover competencies such as shooting on the move, cover and structures. Mastering manipulations, pistol to rifle transitions and the why behind it. Specific equipment will be required for this course.

By registering for training with Black Robe Tactics, I agree to the following:

• My registration is not complete until payment has been received.

• I understand that course fees are non-refundable. If I need to reschedule, I will notify Black Robe Tactics as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

• I agree to arrive on time with the required equipment, ammunition, and safety gear listed for my course.

• I will follow all firearm safety rules, range rules, and instructor directions at all times.

• I understand that unsafe behavior, failure to follow instructions, or disruptive conduct may result in my removal from training without a refund.

• I certify that I am legally allowed to possess and handle firearms under applicable laws.

• I understand that completing a course does not guarantee any permit, license, certification, competition result, or level of firearm proficiency.

• I understand that Black Robe Tactics may photograph or record training activities for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes unless I request otherwise in writing.

I understand that firearms training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, and death.

By participating in training provided by Black Robe Tactics, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with handling firearms, ammunition, range activities, movement drills, and related training exercises.

I agree to follow all firearm safety rules, range rules, and instructor directions at all times.

I certify that I am legally permitted to possess and handle firearms and that I am participating voluntarily.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Black Robe Tactics, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, assistants, host facilities, and affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from my participation in training activities, including those resulting from ordinary negligence.

I understand that Black Robe Tactics reserves the right to remove any participant from training for unsafe behavior, violation of safety rules, impairment, or failure to follow instructions.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for determining whether I am physically and mentally capable of safely participating in firearms training.

I authorize emergency medical treatment if I become unable to provide consent during an emergency.
