    Complete this form to enroll your child in the youth performing arts workshop.
  • UNI Productions Summer Stage Academy is a 4-week tuition-free performing arts workshop for youth artists ages 7–17. Students will receive training in singing, dancing, acting, confidence, stage presence, teamwork, and youth leadership.

    Students will be placed in age-appropriate groups:

    Junior Team: Ages 7–11
    Teen Performers: Ages 12–17

    The workshop meets Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. A simple lunch will be provided on workshop days.

    There is a $30 registration package fee that helps cover student shirts, lunch support, printed materials, class supplies, teen notebooks, and performance/showcase preparation.

    Any remaining funds after workshop expenses will support the UNI Productions Building Fund.

  • Section 8: Food and Lunch Information

    A simple lunch will be provided on workshop days. Meals may include sandwiches, SunButter/jelly sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, beef or turkey hot dogs, pasta, pizza, chips/pretzels, fruit, and bottled water and juice. (donations are excepted)

    UNI Productions may take photos and videos during rehearsals, workshops, virtual shows, mini performances, and the final showcase for promotional, educational, and documentation purposes.

    By submitting this application, I understand that my child is applying to participate in the UNI Productions Summer Stage Academy. I understand that this is a tuition-free performing arts workshop. I understand that the $50 registration package fee helps cover the student’s shirt, lunch support, printed materials, class supplies, teen notebooks, and performance/showcase preparation. I understand that any remaining funds after workshop expenses will support the UNI Productions Building Fund. I understand that students are expected to attend regularly, follow directions, respect staff and peers, and participate in singing, dancing, acting, and performance activities. I understand that parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up. I understand that UNI Productions reserves the right to remove a student from the workshop for unsafe behavior, repeated disrespect, bullying, or failure to follow program expectations.
