VENDOR SELECTION PROCESS To ensure a high-quality, well-curated shopping experience, vendor categories will be limited. Only ONE vendor per category will be accepted. Similar vendors may be allowed if products are clearly different(Example: more than one boutique may be accepted if styles or items vary significantly)Limited MLM / direct sales vendors will be acceptedVendor selections will be made to avoid oversaturation. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be notified once selections are finalized.

A Facebook Event page
Cross-promotion with Pool and Spa Depot
Social media marketing- paid ads
Email and text marketing through ECK Jewelry Design
Franklin County and Tullahoma Area Chambers of Commerce
Local community groups and event pages
On-site signage
Day-of social media coverage

Vendors are strongly encouraged to share event graphics and invite their audience to help maximize event reach.
Vendor pricing:
Application & Payment Policy:
Once an application has been reviewed and accepted, ECK Jewelry Design will send an invoice to the email address provided, including a secure payment link. Vendor spots are not secured until the vendor fee is paid in full.

Vendor fees are due within 48 hours of the invoice being sent. This policy is strict. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the invoice will be canceled and the spot will be offered to the next vendor in line.
Vendor Fee, Weather & Rain-or-Shine Policy:By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that the vendor fee is non-refundable. I understand that participation in vendor events involves a level of risk for everyone involved, including the event host, and I voluntarily accept this risk.This is a rain or shine event. In the case of rain or weather concerns, the event will not be rescheduled and vendor fees will not be refunded. Vendors are responsible for preparing their setup for possible weather conditions, including bringing proper tent weights, covers, tarps, and any protective materials needed for their products and displays.
Community & Conduct Policy By signing below I understand that this is a community-based event built on positivity, support, and mutual respect. Vendors are expected to maintain a good attitude and professional behavior at all times. Any negative behavior, unkind conduct, or actions that disrupt the event, shoppers, or other vendors will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
