    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure vour date. The remaining balance is due before cake pickup. All reference photos must be provided for custom designs. Design changes must be requested at least 7 days before pickup. Once the cake leaves The Vanilla Nook, responsibility for transport and storage transfers to the customer. Cakes should be kept refrigerated and enjoyed within 3 days.
