Registration Cost & Deadlines

Please note the following before registering:

Remember to register with your own individual email address so that you can receive all of the communications that will be sent out leading up to Convention.

 
Canonical & Physically Resident Clergy: Includes priests and deacons. Clergy who are not canonically resident as well as physically resident must register as Seat & Voice.

Seat & Voice: Includes Canonically non-resident clergy licensed in this diocese, as well as others to whom Bishop Megan has offered Seat & Voice privileges.

Lay Delegates: Individuals whose names are listed on a church's approved "Certificate of Lay Delegates Form". If you are unsure as to whether you are a Lay Delegate for this Convention, please check with your Priest or Senior Warden.

Alternates: Individuals whose names are listed on a church's approved "Certificate of Lay Delegates Form". If you are unsure as to whether you are a Lay Delegate for this Convention, please check with your Priest or Senior Warden.

Visitors: Include clergy spouses/partners (that are not otherwise registered), Aspirants to Ordination, Postulants, Candidates, and all other general visitors.

Volunteers: Include those who would like to commit at least 4 hours to volunteer at convention. Volunteers receive FREE lunch as well as access to FREE onsite childcare.
