    Trophy Club Women's Club Shop Til You Drop Event will take place Wednesday, October 7th from 11am-5pm at the Holiday Inn Trophy Club. This popular event is returning and will be featuring 50+ vendor booths to showcase their specialty items. Sponsor tables will be featured in the large entry hall, where every shopper must enter the space. This event will be heavily marketed and proceeds will benefit local charities and scholarships. Please complete the application below to be included as a sponsor for this special event. Total Cost of 2026 Shop Til You Drop Sponsorship is $350 and is due within 5 days of application approval. Sponsorship will include the following benefits: 1 ) Booth Space at Event (Single 8' x 6') with choice of 8' x 30" Table or 6' X 36" Table. 2 chairs will be included. 2) Inclusion on social media and print advertising as event sponsor with logo. 3) Flyer/Card from business placed in shopping bags that will be distributed to all shoppers. (Must provide material you wish to be included to TCWC prior to event).

  • Would you like to purchase a $15 boxed lunch from Jersey Mike's for this Event? All boxed lunches include regular sized sub, chips, cookie and bottled water. These will be delivered directly to you at your booth.

  • Event Rules/Guidelines:

     1) Shop Til You Drop will be open to the public from 12pm-8pm Wednesday, October 8th, 2025. Sponsor vendor setup times will be coordinated between 9am-11:00am. No sponsor is permitted to breakdown their booth areas prior to 8pm unless given direct permission by the TCWC Shop Til You Drop Committee.

    2) Check In/Parking/Setup: All sponsors will be assigned a 30-minute time slot to arrive/check-in for event. We ask that you respect this assigned time to help alleviate delays and keep event set-up smooth. Further instructions will be provided to all approved sponsors.

    3) Assistance with unloading/loading- the TCWC will have a team of volunteers for this event to assist all sponsors with any needed unloading/loading of items. Please note that the TCWC and Holiday Inn are not responsible for any damage that may occur in the handling of anything owned by the sponsor. We advise that you come prepared with any equipment necessary to expedite the process including carts, wagons, dollies, etc.

    4) Electricity Access: Unless designated a booth with electrical access, you will not be permitted to plug into electric outlets. Sponsors will be responsible for providing an extension cord as needed.

    5) The Holiday Inn provides WIFI for the premises. TCWC has no control over the WIFI capabilities. WIFI information will be provided prior to the event.

    6) There will be no refunds issued for sponsorships.

    7) A donation receipt for tax purposes will be provided to all sponsors upon payment of sponsorship.

    8) Sponsors are not permitted to hang any items utilizing the ceiling areas. Nails or adhesives are strictly prohibited. Sponsors will be liable for any damage that is incurred to the Holiday Inn.

    9) All sponsors are responsible for providing marketing flyer/promo cards that they wish to be placed in shopping bags prior to October 1st. We will be handing out free reusable shopping bags to the first 300 customers and ask that you prepare enough to meet this amount.

     

  • Sponsors will be notified of application approval/waitlist within 72 Hours of submittance. Once approved, sponsors will be notified via email and an invoice with payment link will be sent out. Invoice must be paid in full within 5 days of emailed acceptance. Sponsorships that are not paid in full accordance with the above guidelines will be released and no longer guaranteed sponsorship for this event.
