Please select the Matwork Mastery training program you are interested in. If there is Dates will be added for equipment trainings in Fall 2026 or Winter 2027 if the interest is there. Require 4 minimum for equipment training.
50 Hour Beginner Pilates Mat (1 Live Weekend - 7/10-7/12)
100 Hour Comprehensive Pilates Mat (2 Live Weekends 7/10-7/12 & 8/1-8/3, flexible w/ 2nd weekend, and virtual will be available)
10 Hour Master the Matwork Weekend Immersive Training (7/10-7/11, 7/12 for teachers only)

I have no acute injuries that would prevent performance of challenging exercises during the course of the program. I will disclose anything of concern below and get doctor note if injury is acute.
I have/ or will take 3 classes at Free Movement Pilates with the Teacher Trainer prior to start of program.
Medical Disclosure: Please disclose any injury, medical condition, or other circumstance that you wish to disclose that might affect your safe participation in Pilates teacher training program.

Liability Waiver and Release
All students must agree to the following: I, as consideration for my participation in the fitness activities at Free Movement Pilates, LLC, legally bind myself and my heirs, executors, and administrators and her herby waive, fully and finally, any causes of action or claims against Free Movement Pilates, LLC, along with its owners, independent contractors, directors, officers, employees, members, shareholders, representatives, agents, affiliates, and assignees from any and all liability, responsibility, claims, causes of action, injuries, judgement and other damage of any nature whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any personal injuries incurred by the undersigned patrol/users/subscriber/member of Free Movement Pilates, LLC, directly or indirectly resulting from participating in the services, use of equipment, and/or activities undertaken at Free Movement Pilates, LLC as well as any personal injury sustained by the undersigned patron's presence on the physical property premises of Free Movement Pilates, LLC whether or not participating in or utilizing the services, equipment, and/or activities of Free Movement Pilates, LLC

Refund Policy:
Free Movement Pilates, LLC will provide a full refund (less the cost of manuals as they will have already been ordered) if notice is given to the studio at least two weeks prior to start date. If a change of date by Free Movement Pilates or unforeseen circumstances arise, the student will receive a pro-rated refund based on percentage of instructional time attended in the program. We want all students to be successful in the program and will work with you to complete program in most efficient manner should circumstances affecting program completion arise.
