Online Order Terms

Minimum Order Quantity
GARVA offers complimentary shipping on all orders. Accordingly, a minimum order quantity of two (2) items applies to all online purchases.

Invoicing
Upon submission of your online order, an invoice will be generated and emailed to the address provided in this order form through GARVA's Xero accounting system.

Payment
Invoices may be settled via EFT or online using debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, Scan to Pay and a variety of other available online ayment methods. Once payment has been successfully received, the invoice will automatically be marked as paid to validate your order.

Delivery and Shipping
Deliveries within the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro area are typically completed within 7 business days from receipt of payment.

Deliveries elsewhere within South Africa are typically completed within 14 business days from receipt of payment.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier schedules and circumstances beyond GARVA's control.
