NEXT STEPS: After I receive more information from you, I will send you a confirmation to paint a banner for you and an invoice. Once payment is recieved, I will send you a few mock-up choices and you will approve the design. After your approval, I will begin painting.
CANCELLATIONS: Once I begin painting, your order can not be cancelled for a refund. If you cancel your order after the mock ups are sent, you will not recieve a full refund due to the $25 mock up fee. By submitting this form, you agree to my terms.

No refunds or exchanges are accepted unless I made a mistake. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue.
*If banner(s) arrive damaged, you MUST take pictures of damaged banner(s) and the box it shipped in, and send those photos to lollyandpapi@gmail.com. You MUST contact me within 7 days of arrival to process any exchanges/refunds. Please save all items and boxes in case you need to take them to your local post office for inspection.
