  • VENDOR INFORMATION

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • To comply with MN State Fairgrounds policies, food vending is prohibited.

  • SPACE REQUEST

  • Each vendor space is approximately 10 feet × 10 feet in size.

    Each vendor will be provided with one 8-foot × 30-inch table per space. Each vendor, regardless of the number of spaces purchased, will be provided with two chairs and two vendor badges for event entry. If you will need more than two chairs and/or badges, please include that information on your application.

    Banners and displays may not be taller than 10 feet high (including the height of the table for tabletop displays) and may not extend into aisles or others' space. No one may have tents, umbrellas, or other coverings over their space.

  • All vendors accepted to exhibit at MNCBA FallCon 2026 will be emailed a PayPal invoice. You will then have seven (7) days to make payment before your space is offered to the next in line. Failure to complete payment within seven (7) days of receiving your invoice may result in the loss of your vendor space.

    Specific requests for floor plan location/placement must be made at the time of application. Corner and wall spaces have limited availability and are not guaranteed unless/until confirmed by MNCBA leadership.

  • LEGAL AGREEMENT

    PLEASE READ COMPLETELY AND SIGN
  • Retailers/Vendors shall at all times protect, indemnify, save, and keep harmless the Minnesota Comic Book Association, its members, volunteers, the MN State Fairgrounds in its entirety, against any and all form of loss, cost damage, liability or expense. Including that which arises out of, or from, or by any reason of or act or omission by retailer/dealer, his employees or agents, FallCon attendees/participants, MNCBA staff, volunteers, owners, or the staff of the MN State Fairgrounds. All spaces/tables sales are final. Retailers/Vendors may not assign this contract or any right hereunder nor sublet or license any or all portion of its space without the prior written consent of the MNCBA, which consent shall be in the MNCBA's sole discretion. The signing of this form and participation in FallCon, indicates your full and complete Understanding and 100% acceptance of the stated terms.

    Donations of merchandise for our prize table and/or grab bags can be left at our Information desk or with any volunteer at the event. Thank you!

  • ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF MNCBA ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) AND MACHINE LEARNING (ML) POLICY

  • The MNCBA prohibits at its events the display and/or sale of all art, merchandise, and other works created using generative AI. This includes but is not limited to headshots, biographies, logos, banners, signs, advertisements (both images and text-based ad copy), and other marketing materials. The MNCBA AI policy can be read here.

    By signing this agreement you agree to abide by the MNCBA's generative AI policy. You certify that generative AI has not been used in the creation of the work you intend to display/sell, nor has been used in the creation of any materials submitted to us.

    You understand that the display/use of generative AI materials may result in removal without refund and/or being permanently banned from MNCBA events.

    While we understand it may be impossible for vendors to vet 100% of their merchandise, we do ask that our vendors make a good faith effort to not knowingly sell artwork, products, and/or merchandise created through the use of generative AI.

  • PENALTY - Operators who do not have Form ST19 or a similar written document from sellers can be fined a penalty of $100 for each seller that is not in compliance for each day of the selling event.

  • OPTIONAL promotional materials for Vendor applicants:

  • Promotion on the MNCBA social media accounts is not guaranteed, and is contingent upon promotional materials that meet MNCBA format and quality standards being submitted at the time of application.

    To be considered for promotion, you must submit the written description and all five optional images on this form. We cannot use incomplete/partial submissions.

    Do not submit any materials created with the use of generative AI.

  • To keep our promotional materials fresh and engaging for our online audience, we ask that you submit new and/or the most up-to-date materials possible each time you apply to an MNCBA event. We want to promote you, so show us the best you've got!

    Applications must be submitted by 28 August 2026, and paid by 4 September 2026, to be eligible for promotion on the MNCBA social media accounts and website.

    Please respect our volunteers' time by reviewing all instructions and materials carefully before submitting your application. Please ask any questions or request any clarification you may need through our Contact Us link before submitting your application.

    Please download the PDF copy and retain the "application submitted" email for your personal records/reference. Do not submit multiple applications.
