I/we agree that Serendipity Dog Events (SDE) and its representatives hosting this event have the right to refuse this entry for any reason deemed sufficient. In consideration of acceptance of this entry, the holding of the event, and the opportunity to participate, I/we agree to hold SDE, its members, directors, officers, agents, superintendents, event secretaries, and committee members, as well as the venue owner/lessee, service providers, employees, volunteers, judges, and stewards harmless from any claim for loss or injury alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly by this dog while on or near the event premises. I/we personally assume full responsibility and liability for any such claim and further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any related issues.
