All items submitted must be clean, in good condition, and free from excessive wear, stains, odors, or damage. EM Dancewear may refuse any items deemed unsuitable for sale. Final pricing is at EM Dancewear’s discretion unless otherwise agreed upon. Consigned items may be displayed in-store and/or online. Consignors receive 70% of the final selling price of sold items. Unsold items must be picked up by July 4, 2026. Items not picked up by the designated date may become the property of EM Dancewear and may be donated or disposed of at EM Dancewear’s discretion. EM Dancewear is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to consigned items.
