Thank you for your interest in our Rental Property. As part of our leasing process, all prospective Tenants are required to complete a complimentary Tenant Pre-Qualification Questionnaire prior to scheduling a tour at the Rental Property. The purpose of this questionnaire is to determine whether applicants satisfy the Property's preliminary qualification standards before proceeding with a property tour or the formal application process. This preliminary review helps prospective Tenants avoid unnecessary application fees, expenses, and time commitments if the initial qualification criteria are not met. It also helps ensure that showings are reserved for applicants who are likely to qualify for residency. Upon review of your responses, and provided that the preliminary qualification requirements are satisfied, a representative will contact you to arrange a tour of the Property.
