Private Swim Lesson Waiver & Release of Liability
I understand that participation in private swim lessons at Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, injuries resulting from physical activity, and risks associated with being in and around water. By registering for private swim lessons, I acknowledge and agree that I voluntarily choose to participate, or allow my child(ren) to participate, in private swim lessons at Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club, and I understand that swimming and aquatic activities carry inherent risks and that accidents or injuries may occur despite reasonable supervision and safety precautions. I certify that I, or my child(ren), am physically able to participate in swim lessons and have no known medical condition that would prevent safe participation, and I agree to follow all instructions, pool rules, and safety guidelines provided by the instructor and Club staff. In consideration for participation, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club, Invited Clubs, their officers, directors, employees, agents, instructors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to participation in private swim lessons, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. I understand that Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club reserves the right to remove any participant who does not follow Club rules or whose behavior may pose a safety risk to themselves or others.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this waiver and release of liability on behalf of myself and/or my minor child(ren).
