Camp Policy Acknowledgments

I understand that tuition must be paid in full before my child's registration is considered complete.
I understand that camp tuition is non-refundable unless the camp is canceled by Fobeneh Music Studio.
I understand that missed camp days are not eligible for refunds, credits, or make-up sessions.
I understand that Fobeneh Music Studio reserves the right to dismiss a participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
I understand that students are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect.
Liability Waiver & Release
I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, understand that participation in the Popstar Summer Camp involves physical activities including singing, movement, and performance-related exercises.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Fobeneh Music Studio LLC, Faith Fobeneh, instructors, assistants, volunteers, Camden Park, the Westchase District, and any affiliated organizations from any liability, claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the program except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Fobeneh Music Studio staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached immediately.
Photo & Video Notice
Fobeneh Music Studio may photograph or record camp activities, rehearsals, and performances for educational, promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.

By registering for the Popstar Summer Camp, parents acknowledge and consent to their child potentially appearing in photographs and video recordings.

Parents who do NOT wish for their child to be photographed or recorded must notify Fobeneh Music Studio in writing before the first day of camp by emailing:
