All Sales Are Final
All purchases of The PMHNP Pivot — including the Course, Bundle, and individual Consulting Sessions — are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refund, partial refund, credit, or exchange will be issued under any circumstances.
This policy applies regardless of:
Whether you have logged in to the course or accessed any content
How much of the course you have completed
Whether you found the content applicable to your specific situation
Changes in your personal, professional, or financial circumstances after purchase
Your decision not to pursue the PMHNP credential after enrolling
Your acceptance or rejection by any PMHNP program
Technical difficulties on your end, including device incompatibility or internet access issues
Consulting Sessions
Cancellation with 48+ hours notice: Your session may be rescheduled one time at no charge.
Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice: The session is forfeited. No rescheduling, credit, or refund will be provided.
No-shows: If you fail to appear at your scheduled session time without prior notice, the session is forfeited without refund or rescheduling.
Scheduling window: Consulting sessions must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase and completed within 120 days of purchase. Sessions not scheduled within this window are forfeited without refund.
Bundle sessions: The three consulting sessions included in the Bundle must be scheduled and completed within 12 months of purchase. Sessions not used within this window expire without refund or extension.
Session Credit Toward Bundle Upgrade
If you purchase a single Consulting Session ($297) and wish to upgrade to the Bundle within 90 days of your session purchase, your session fee will be credited toward the Bundle price. Contact hello@therapsychinstitute.com with your original session receipt to apply the credit. This credit is available one time per customer and is subject to Bundle availability and current pricing at the time of upgrade.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer in violation of this no-refund policy, TheraPsych™ Institute reserves the right to:
Immediately terminate your access to all Program content without notice
Pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated bank fees and costs
Report the dispute to Stripe and any applicable payment processing networks
Founding Member Pricing
Founding member pricing ($197 for the Course, $997 for the Bundle) is final at the time of purchase and is not subject to price adjustment, price matching, or retroactive discounts. After the founding member offer closes, pricing increases permanently. No refunds or credits will be issued based on price changes.
