By filling out this digital consultation form, I will be able to get to know you and your hair goals so that we can ensure your initial appointment is booked properly. Please complete the form in full, and I'll be in touch within 24 business hours of your submissions. My business hours are Monday 12pm - 5pm, Tuesdays- Thursdays 6am-6pm, Fridays 8am-2pm.   • By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry. In response, I will recieve an email/ text with an appointment time and date option and a general price quote. Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 4-6 weeks of appointment submssion request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be seen. I understand that Salon K has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy and if I cancel my appointment within less than 24 hours notice, I will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 and not be allowed to book another appointment until that cancellation fee is paid in full.
