  • The McMinn County Living Heritage Museum agrees to borrow from the entrant the above listed property for the Annual Quilt Show. The lender states that the item loaned is his/her property. No item will be used for other purposes or loaned to a 3rd party without the agreement of the owner. I wish to enter the above item and agree to abide by the rules and decisions of the judges. I understand that the MCLHM will take every precaution to protect my entry, but cannot be held responsible for events beyond its control, including loss of any loaned item due to theft, fire, vandalism, or acts of God.
