Welcome to Adventure Alley! We’re here to give children aged 5–10 a fun place to play, make friends and enjoy an adventure while you take some time for yourself.

Choose school holiday care, weekend drop-off or our Christmas Kids’ Club, then tell us a little about your child so we can help them feel at home.

AA Kid Care terms
Safety and urgent care: Active play involves ordinary risks. Adventure Alley will exercise reasonable care and skill in supervision and follow its safety procedures. Nothing here excludes responsibility or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will contact the parent/guardian urgently for serious injury or illness, seek emergency assistance where necessary, and report minor incidents at collection.
Illness: Please keep unwell children home. Allow at least 48 hours after the last vomiting or diarrhoea symptoms before attending. If a child becomes unwell during Kid Care, we will contact the parent or emergency contact for prompt collection. The cancellation terms apply, subject to your legal rights.
Behaviour and collection: Children must follow reasonable safety instructions and treat other children, staff and visitors respectfully. We will discuss concerns with parents and may request early collection when needed for safety. Sign children in and out with staff. Only nominated authorised adults may collect; staff may check ID. Emergency contacts are not automatically collectors. Changes must be agreed with the parent/guardian. Collect by the booked finish time and call 027 227 6666 if delayed. We will contact parents, then emergency contacts if collection is overdue. No automatic late-collection charge applies; any additional fee must be disclosed and agreed before confirmation.
Emergency procedures: Staff will direct children to a safe exit and the designated assembly point in an emergency. Follow staff instructions. Relevant care information may be shared with emergency services when necessary.
AA Kid Care — prices, confirmation, payment and cancellation. These terms apply to School Holiday Programme, Weekend Drop-Off and Christmas Kids’ Club. This form is a request only. We check availability, staffing and care needs, then confirm dates, hours, meals and total charges in writing. A receipt acknowledgement does not confirm a place. The booked price is the price shown for your selected service, session and optional meals when you submit your request, as itemised and agreed in our written confirmation. That agreed booked price applies to the confirmed children, dates, sessions and meals. Any changes or extra charges require your agreement before confirmation. The itemised confirmation and tax invoice state the final total. No payment is collected by this form. Payment is due seven days before the first booked session. If confirmed within seven days, payment is due on confirmation and before drop-off. No automatic or compounding late-payment penalty applies. Contact management about payment difficulties; attendance may be withheld until arrangements are agreed. Non-payment alone does not cancel a confirmed booking. Once confirmed in writing, reserved dates and sessions are payable. Customer cancellations, reduced days, non-attendance, illness and early collection do not normally receive a refund, credit or replacement, except where required by law or approved in writing by management. Email info@adventurealley.co.nz promptly. Changes and swaps require advance written approval from Amy or Ryan, subject to availability and staffing. The original booking remains until approved. Missed sessions do not automatically carry forward. If Adventure Alley cancels a confirmed session, we offer a refund for that session or a credit if you prefer. Nothing limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law. Terms version: 22 October 2026.
