Job Description
As a Sales Representative at Global-U, you will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships within the die-making, metal stamping, and automotive manufacturing sectors. Your mission will be to identify new business opportunities, understand customers’ technical requirements, and deliver tailored solutions while representing the company’s values, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include prospecting and acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, preparing and following up on commercial proposals, coordinating with technical and production teams, reporting on sales activities and pipeline development, and achieving agreed commercial targets.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience within the automotive, metal stamping, tooling, die-making, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of stamping processes, dies, tooling, and automotive supply chains.
- Ability to identify technical customer needs and build long-term business relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and account management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and commercial reporting tools.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized professional.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to visit customers and support business development activities.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are highly valued.
- Previous experience working with metal stamping companies, tool and die manufacturers, Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive suppliers, or related industrial environments will be considered a strong advantage
