As a contestant of the Let's Grow Crazy Jam in June Make-Off, you must

provide your own set up including table, trash can, napkins and ticket boxes for attendees to vote for your jam entry(s)
provide your Food Handlers Certificate at your table/booth
provide at least 250 samples of each of your jam entry(s) for taste testing
provide a container for clean sample spoons and a container for baked biscuits (LGC will provide sample spoons and biscuits-you must provide the container)
By submitting my form and participating in the Let’s Grow Crazy Jam in June Make-Off, I (the Contestant) agree to the following:1. Food Safety & Compliance: I certify that all food samples provided have been prepared in accordance with local health department standards. I agree to maintain a valid Food Handlers Certificate on-site. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the safety, hygiene, and labeling (specifically regarding common allergens like gluten, dairy, or nuts) of the food I provide.2. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in an outdoor garden event involves certain risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, uneven terrain, and interactions with the public. I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation.3. Liability Release: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Let’s Grow Crazy, its organizers, volunteers, and garden staff from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, illness (including foodborne illness), or property damage/loss (including my table and equipment) arising out of or related to this event.4. Marketing & Media: I understand that photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes by Let’s Grow Crazy. I grant permission for my likeness and the image of my canned goods to be used in future marketing materials.5. Sales Policy: I acknowledge that this is a fundraising and marketing event only. I agree that I will not conduct any point-of-sale transactions for jam or products during the event hours (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
