The Client acknowledges that dance and physical activity carry an inherent risk of injury. By signing this agreement, the Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in choreography instruction and/or rehearsals. The Client hereby releases, waives, and holds harmless Juju (Choreographer), her representatives, and any affiliated studio spaces from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses — including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm — arising out of or in connection with participation in any choreography session, rehearsal, or related activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. This waiver applies to the Client and any participating parties under the Client’s booking. By selecting yes and e-signing you agree you have fully read and understood this in its entirety.
