TNR Day Terms and Conditions

Select "I agree" for each of the following Community TNR Days terms and conditions
Each cat must be in a humane trap, with no more than one cat per trap. As a last-resort alternative, cats may be in hard-sided carriers, with no more than one cat per carrier. Soft-sided (i.e. duffle bag type) carriers are NEVER acceptable. If a cat in a hard-sided carrier cannot be safely anesthetized by veterinary staff, TNR services will not be provided that day; you will be notified at pickup and asked to return the cat in a trap on a future TNR day.
Drop-off will be at Kershaw County Humane Society, 128 Black River Rd, Camden, SC on June 27, 2026 at 8:00 AM ET.
Each cat will receive spay/neuter, Rabies vaccination, and ear tip.
Trap Neuter Return (TNR) Surgery Consent: I waive any and all claims of liability against Kershaw County Humane Society, Turbeville Impact Incorporated, and DoRe Ranch and Rescue and/or their employees and/or volunteers for any complications or death as the result of surgery or procedures conducted by, or in conjunction with, Kershaw County Humane Society, Turbeville Impact Incorporated, and DoRe Ranch and Rescue. By selecting "I agree" below and signing and submitting this form, the undersigned realizes there are certain risks inherent with medical treatment of animals, and the undersigned assumes and agrees to hold Kershaw County Humane Society, Turbeville Impact Incorporated, and DoRe Ranch and Rescue harmless from any complications incurred during procedures at the Kershaw County Humane Society.
Failure to pick up all cats I drop-off at Kershaw County Humane Society, on June 27, 2026 at the agreed upon time, will result in abandonment charges filed with Kershaw County Animal Control.
I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the veterinarians, staff, and volunteers of Kershaw County Humane Society, Turbeville Impact Incorporated, and DoRe Ranch and Rescue from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the treatment, care, or participation of the cat(s) undergoing Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) surgeries.
By signing below and submitting this form, I, the undersigned, certify that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any misrepresentation or false information may result in consequences, including but not limited to the denial of TNR services.
