I waive and release the camp staff, the Sparta School District, and the Sparta Youth Wrestling Club from any and all liabilities. I will be responsible for any medical charges in connection with my child's attendance at camp. These activities are not sponsored by the Sparta School District and assumes no responsibility for the conduct during or safety of the activities. They shall be held harmless from any cause of action or claim filed in any court arising out of the distribution of these materials including attorney's fees and judgements.
