Love AME Church is thrilled to announce our annual Summer Fest, LOVE ON THE LOT, and we want YOU to be a part of it!   • Donations may be dropped off at Love AME Church, 1450 Mercantile Lane, Suite 211, Largo, MD 20774, during the following times:

    • Sundays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
    • Fridays: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

  • Love AME Church,Knollwood Development, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, personal injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during the LOVE ON THE LOT Summer Fest event. Vendors participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for securing their own property, equipment, and merchandise. By participating in this event, vendors agree to release and hold harmless Love AME Church and Knollwood Development from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from participation in the event. In the event of rain, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, the LOVE ON THE LOT Summer Fest may be postponed or canceled with fee refunded. Vendors will be notified of any schedule changes. Vendor fees are non-refundable due to vendor cancellations, or vendor no-shows.

  • Vendor Check-In and Setup Information

  • All vendors must check in at the Love AME Church Welcome Table no later than 8:00 AM.

    Vendor setup will take place between 8:00 AM and 9:45 AM. After 9:45 AM, vendors will not be permitted to drive vehicles to their assigned vendor spaces. Vendors arriving after 9:45 AM must park in the designated parking area and transport their items using a cart, dolly, or hand truck.

    Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary setup materials, including tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, and display equipment.  All vendors are responsible for providing their own access to electricity and water, if needed, for their vendoring area.  

    Food Truck Vendors must provide proof of insurance, a valid business license, and any applicable health department permits.
