1. Vaccinations

I confirm that my dog is fully vaccinated / titre tested and that vaccinations or titre test are current. I understand that proof of vaccination / titre test will be requested.

2. Health Declaration

I confirm that my dog is in good health and free from any contagious disease or condition that may place other dogs at risk, including fleas, ticks and worms.

3. Veterinary Treatment

I agree that in the case of suspected injury or illness to my dog a Veterinary Surgeon (Vet) may be contacted. My dog may be examined, and investigations performed if required (e.g. blood tests, x-rays) and an appropriate course of action will be taken on the advice of the Vet.

I understand that where possible any treatments will be undertaken by the dog’s ordinary vet, but maybe at the Canine Paradise nominated vet, where that’s not possible.

I agree to Canine Paradise administering any prescribed treatment the Vet considers advisable.

I understand that the veterinary consultation, tests and treatment will be at my own expense.

I also give consent for euthanasia should this be recommended on humane grounds by the Vet caring for my dog. I understand that every effort will be made to get in touch with me or my local proxy to discuss an appropriate course of action for my dog and Canine Paradise will endeavour to keep you (or proxy) updated throughout the process.

I agree that if my dog has fleas or worms then Canine Paradise will take the dog to the Vet to arrange an appropriate treatment and charge the vet's bill to me.

4. Behaviour Disclosure

I confirm that all information regarding my dog’s behaviour, temperament, and history has been disclosed accurately and honestly.

I understand that boarding in a home environment requires dogs from other households to be together and be exercised together and that my dog's temperament is suitable for this environment.

5. Exercise & Socialisation

I understand that my dog will be exercised and socialised with other suitable dogs unless otherwise agreed.

I consent for my dog(s) to be walked outside of the home environment or garden within a group of dogs from other households (never more than 6 dogs).

(Only for customers boarding more than one dog) : I consent to my dogs being kept together.

6. Loss or Damage

While every reasonable care will be taken, dog ownership carries inherent risks. I acknowledge that accidents, illness, injury, escape, or unforeseen incidents can occur despite appropriate supervision.

7. Personal Belongings

Any belongings left with my dog are left at my own risk.

8. Collection & Late Collection

Dogs must be collected at the agreed time. Additional charges may apply for late collection.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the first day of boarding will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
