Clone of Healing Together 2026 Conference Proposal

Thank you for your interest in being a Healing Together Speaker! Please be sure to complete your proposal before submitting. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Once a proposal has been accepted, it is considered final. Any speaker changes or proposal edits must be approved by An Infinite Mind or your session may be removed from the line up. Even though HT 2027 will be hybrid, all presenters are required to present in person. Proposals are due no later than September 1st, 2026.

Our board dedicates a significant amount of time and care to reviewing each proposal to thoughtfully select the final presentations for the conference. This means that many excellent submissions are declined, which is disappointing for the people who submitted them. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, we kindly ask that you carefully consider your availability before submitting a proposal. Please double-check your work commitments, travel costs (including flights and accommodations), and any potential scheduling conflicts.

Learning Objectives are measurable when the participant can perform a specific task identified in the learning objective. This is needed for us to obtain CEs. We may “tweak” them if needed so that they will be accepted by our Continuing Education provider.

The format is as follows:

Please be sure to include at least one objective that is quantitative (States what the participant will be able to do (identify, name, compare etc) 2,3,4 specific items you are teaching.)

This is for an in-person table only. If you wish to have a virtual table, you will have to purchase one via our vendor form.

Emails will be sent out in Mid/Late September notifying you if your proposal was accepted or placed on our back up list.

As a token of our appreciation, all primary presenters and TWO co-presenters will receive complimentary registration. A code will be sent to you to use for registration. All other co-presenters must register for the conference if they wish to attend other sessions. This code is to be used strictly for presenters.

If you are seeking CEs, there will be an additional charge.
