1. Patients are contacted by our office for screening and scheduling and are provided with pre-procedure and Spravato REMS program instructions, including the need for in‑clinic dosing, blood pressure checks, and a ride home after each visit.
2. A consultation fee of $250 may be collected at that time to cover the initial evaluation; if the patient is approved for SPRAVATO and proceeds with treatment, this $250 is applied toward the SPRAVATO treatment plan, with remaining costs determined by insurance coverage and clinic fees. If patients miss an appointment, a $150 fee will apply per appointment.
3. Patients receive an induction phase of intranasal SPRAVATO twice weekly for 4 weeks, followed by weekly sessions for 4 weeks, and then treatment every 1–2 weeks thereafter as maintenance, in combination with an oral antidepressant.
4. Mood is tracked over the initial 4–8 weeks; if a clinically meaningful response is achieved, an ongoing maintenance schedule is set at the least frequent dosing (typically every 1–2 weeks, sometimes lengthening if stable) needed to sustain benefit.
