TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2. All items are on a pre-order basis. Kindly allow sufficient time for production and delivery.
3. Strictly no cancellations once your order has been placed.
4. All payments are non-refundable.
5. The seller guarantees that all items are packed securely. However, the seller will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit by the courier service.
6. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the item received is damaged and incomplete. Proper unboxing proof (photo/video) may be required.
