  • CUSTOM TATTOO AGREEMENT

    Client understands all work is custom. Payment and deposit are for design time and tattoo execution. Client grants permission for artist and shop to photograph and use images of tattooed artwork for portfolio, marketing, promotional, and future business purposes. All artwork remains the property of the artist unless tattooed.
