Please read the following terms carefully before submitting your booking

📌 Before You Make a Reservation

• A confirmed reservation is required to enter the cafe during the reservation period.
• Walk-ins will not be accepted for this event.
• Making multiple reservations on the same day is strictly prohibited.
• You may reserve a maximum of 10 slots throughout the entire event period.
• Duplicate reservations using the same name, email address, or phone number will be considered invalid.
• If multiple reservations are found to belong to the same person, all related reservations will be cancelled automatically or be denied service.

Please check all information carefully before submitting the form, including your:
> Full name
> Phone number
> Email address
> Reservation date and time


⚠️ Please note:
Once you submit the reservation form, you cannot edit or submit the form again.

Please read the following terms carefully before submitting your booking

☕ General Information 

• The cafe will operate from 11:00 AM until 8:00 PM (last order) during the event.
• This event is takeaway only.
• No dine-in seating will be available.
• Each reservation is valid for ONE (1) customer only, unless otherwise stated by the cafe.
• Each reservation is limited to ONE (1) receipt.
• All purchases are final and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.

🪪 Identity Verification
To prevent misuse of reservations:

• The person attending the reservation must be the same person whose details were submitted in the reservation form.
• Substitutes, representatives, or proxy attendees are not allowed.
• Cafe staff may request identification or other information to verify the reservation.
• If the attendee does not match the reservation details, service may be refused. 

⏰ Late Arrival

• Please arrive on time for your reserved slot.
• You will have 15 minutes from your reservation time to check in.
• For example, if your reservation is at 2:00 PM, you must arrive latest by 2:15 PM.
• If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be automatically forfeited. If you arrive at 2:16 PM, your reservation will be forfeited, and you will need to make a new reservation for the next available slot.

💳 Payment Information
Payment must be completed within your assigned reservation slot.

We accept:

• Cash
• Credit / Debit Card
• Touch 'n Go (Touch'nGo will not be available during busy periods, thank you for your understanding)

Important:

• Split payments are not allowed.
• Each reservation is limited to ONE (1) receipt.  
• All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• If payment is not completed within your assigned slot, your order may be cancelled.

🧾 Purchase Limits
Please review the purchase limits displayed on the order form before placing your order.

Purchase limits may apply to:

• Drink menu items
• Icing Cookies
• Limited-edition merchandise (depends on the desired set stated in our menu)

For this event:

• Maximum 2 GRATTE drinks per receipt
• Maximum 8 Icing Cookies per receipt
• Purchase limits are applied per receipt, not per person across multiple reservations.

📅 Reservation Availability

• A maximum of 270 reservation slots may be available per day, subject to the cafe's capacity.
• Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the selected appointment time.
• Once a date or time slot reaches full capacity, it will no longer be available for selection.
• If your preferred date or time is fully booked, please select another available slot shown in the reservation system.

⏱️ Reservation Form Timer
You will have 10 minutes to complete and submit your reservation after entering the reservation page.

If the 10-minute timer expires:

• Your session will automatically reset.
• You will need to start the booking process again.
• Please have your information ready before opening the reservation form.

📩 Reservation Confirmation
Submitting the reservation form does not guarantee a reservation.

If your reservation is successfully confirmed:

• A reservation confirmation email will be sent to you.
• Please check your inbox, junk, and spam folders.
• Official emails will only be sent from:
  animatecafekl@animate.com.my

⚠️ Important Reminders
Before submitting your reservation, please make sure that:

• Your personal information is correct.
• Your selected date and time are correct.
• Your menu selections are correct.
• You have read and understood all reservation rules.
• Once the reservation form has been submitted, no edits or re-submissions are allowed.

The cafe will not be responsible for problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Menu Order
Your actual menu order must be completed during your allocated time slot. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your allocated time slot and select your desired menu item(s) upon arrival and queuing.

The reward received depends on the Set selected by the customer and the number of menu items included:

1 menu item: 1 Coaster
2 menu items: 1 Clear Card | 2 Coasters
3 menu items: 1 Clear Card + 1 Coaster | 3 Coasters
4 menu items: 2 Clear Cards | 4 Coasters
5 menu items: 2 Clear Cards + 1 Coaster | 5 Coasters
6 menu items: 2 Clear Cards + 2 Coasters | 3 Clear Cards | 6 Coasters
*Please note that all Bonus Items are distributed randomly and cannot be selected.
